Registration Terms

Copyrights. The information and content ("Materials") contained within the LearnGrowRepeat.com web site, a service of LearnGrowRepeat LLC  (collectively referred to as "LearnGrowRepeat") are protected by copyright and other laws in both the United States and elsewhere. The Materials include both content owned or controlled by LearnGrowRepeat as well as content owned or controlled by third parties and licensed to LearnGrowRepeat. All rights to the Materials are held either by LearnGrowRepeat or the author who posted the content. All rights are reserved unless otherwise described by the author within the Materials.

The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on this site are the property of LearnGrowRepeat or third parties. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior written consent of LearnGrowRepeat or such third party that owns the Mark. 

You may request permission by email sent to carl.dickson@learngrowrepeat.com to use or reproduce LearnGrowRepeat.com content outside the website. Please note: If the contents you request are the property of a third-party, permission with be determined by that party.

Accuracy of information. Much of the Material on LearnGrowRepeat.com is the result of online conversations by users of a limited access community, with no expectation of the materials being made publicly accessible beyond this community. While in written form, much of these Materials consist of virtual conversations instead of Material intended for publication. You must use caution and common sense and exercise proper judgment before using or relying on the Materials, as you would with any conversation. In fact, in keeping with the mission of LearnGrowRepeat these conversations are between users who are intentionally exploring different perspectives and ways to consider things, and to learn from Materials they disagree with. Conversations like these inherently involve considerations that are hypothetical, non-factual, and even counter factual.

Users of the LearnGrowRepeat service must request access in order to view the Materials. Users are informed, both prior to requesting access and being granted access, of the relevance of the mission of LearnGrowRepeat to teach techniques for interacting with users and Materials they disagree with. Users acknowledge that any reliance on the Materials will be at your own risk and agree to bring to the attention of LearnGrowRepeat any material that is not accurate, misleading, illegal, or otherwise flawed. While LearnGrowRepeat provides moderators who will respond to concerns regarding the Materials, with a preference for solutions that help users understand and interact with the Materials. If such a solution cannot be found, LearnGrowRepeat will, at its sole discretion, modify or remove the Materials or the User as appropriate.

No endorsement. Although LearnGrowRepeat desires to provide a quality service, we may have little or no means to verify information supplied by others. Much of the Materials are subjective in nature and may be subject to the bias, preferences, circumstances, or opinions of the authors. LearnGrowRepeat does not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any the Materials or endorse any opinions expressed in them.

Monitoring and posting. Parts of LearnGrowRepeat enable real-time commenting and posting by Users, and are interactive in nature. While LearnGrowRepeat.com has no obligation to monitor the Material posted by Users, we reserve the right at all times to, in our sole discretion, edit, refuse to post, or to remove any Materials, in whole or in part to maintain or improve LearnGrowRepeat. The User accepts that LearnGrowRepeat has no liability or responsibility for the timeliness, performance, or non-performance of such activities.

Permitted uses. You agree that you are responsible for your own communications and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use LearnGrowRepeat only to send and receive messages and Material that are legal, proper and related to the particular forum. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using LearnGrowRepeat you will not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate or offer to do the same (hereinafter "Post") any inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful material or information
• Post any material that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right of any party (the "Rights"), unless you are the owner of the Rights or have the permission of the owner to post or transmit such material.
• Post any Material that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer. Impersonate another person or entity, or falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is posted.
• Post information that is known to be covered by Copyright without express permission or license to post it on LearnGrowRepeat.

License grant. By posting communications or Materials, on or through the Service, you automatically grant LearnGrowRepeat a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed within LearnGrowRepeat.

Notice and procedure for making claims of copyright infringement. LearnGrowRepeat takes copyright enforcement seriously. If you find material that you believe may not be authorized for publication on LearnGrowRepeat, please bring it to our immediate attention. If it is YOUR copyrighted material that may have been infringed, you may inform LearnGrowRepeat:

To be effective, the Notification must include the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
