Step 1: Decide whether this is the right community for you. If you are not looking to learn, grow, change, and repeat, this might not be the place for you.

Step 2: Decide whether to pay for a subscription or earn one through referrals. Earning a free subscription takes longer and requires some effort. But it does not require any cash.
